Hi everybody! Here’s another great question from one of our amazing users that I received today.


Hi EasyPractice!

“I’m running into a good problem. I have too many clients at the moment wherefore, I would like to close online booking for new customers. How do I do that?”


Here’s what I answered:

Hi there!

That does sound like a rather pleasant problem. 😉

As such, we do not have a “Close for New Customers” feature, but one solution could be that you go to “online booking” -> “client login” and choose that clients are required to log in if they wish to book an appointment through Online Booking. At the same time you you choose not to make it possible for clients to register themselves in Client Login. In that way you can control who signs up and furthermore, who books an appointment.
